Citibank Online

In 2013, when UX and responsive were just starting to become buzz-words, Rage was tasked with redesigning Citibank’s regional website to make it more user-friendly and device compatible. I led a team of UXers and visual designers that produced a cutting-edge responsive experience for the time.

The experience went on to be implemented across nine markets in the Asia-Pacific region, with some countries still using it.

AMP’s First Tablet App

AMP was looking to launch their very first tablet app under very tight timelines and needed a partner agency that could quickly integrate with their team, UX/design principles without too much fuss or drama.

Long story short, I flew out to Sydney early in 2014 to work as an extension of AMP’s digital experience team for a month, while managing a support team of off-shore UI/UX designers to help extend designs based on user stories and journeys.

AMP’s Money Manager

MoneyBrilliant is a personal finance management platform which empowers users to make informed financial decisions by giving them a holistic view of their finances. This aligned well with AMP’s customer strategy of creating easier ways for their customers to engage and manage their finances – In 2016, Australian Fintech startup, MoneyBrilliant, was acquired by AMP, with the intention of leveraging its capabilities to develop a new customer offering.

I worked as an extension of the Digital Experience team at AMP to produce an experience that integrated MoneyBrilliant seamlessly into their existing online banking ecosystem.
